Describe yourself in five words or less: Driven, compassionate, knowledgeable, personable, dependable.

How long have you been with Brown Armstrong? Four and a half years (and before that, six years at KPMG).

What is the most important part of your job? Providing excellent client service.

How do you accomplish that? Having a lot of face time with clients, meeting and exceeding client deadlines, asking questions quickly and accurately, answering questions timely and accurately, and providing a great research source.

What do you want people to know about your company? We exceed client expectation. We have great client service by providing the best support and service possible and adhering to the fact that the client comes first. We have a 24 hour rule that we will get back to the client within 24 hours or earlier for all requests and questions.

How do you build relationships with your clients? I provide a lot of face time with the client. I meet the client where they are and get to know not only their business and processes, but also about their lives and what they like and enjoy in life. I also am there to answer their questions in a timely manner, and work directly with them to meet and exceed their deadlines.

What do you strive to do for all your customers? I want to see them be happy with their business and their business processes. I perform financial statement audits, so I also want to make that process as smooth as possible so that we can accomplish the same goals together.

What would you say is the best part of your work? Interacting with my clients, building relationships, and working together with them to make sure their processes are the best that they can be.

How has your role helped you to become a leader? It has allowed me to demonstrate my skills of the firm’s values of respect, excellence, integrity, teamwork, and accountability. Also, I have the honor of developing my team into becoming successful employees.
