The American Heart Association’s Go Red For Women is a cause close to our hearts.
This campaign is dedicated to educating women on the importance of heart health and the easy steps that can be made towards improving it. In celebration of this, we are excited to present the 2017 Ladies in Red! Whether they are wearing red because they are survivors themselves or in support of a loved one or women everywhere, all of these ladies are doing their part.

Working to lower Kern County’s risk of stroke, heart disease, and heart attack, these like minded women are wearing red as advocates for women’s heart health! Just by knowing simple facts like your blood pressure and cholesterol, you can be more aware of the health of your heart. And, by making small changes like eating right and exercising, can help combat these serious illnesses. Wear red in honor of this significant cause, and find out more by visiting heart.org.
